Positive: House was nice spacious, clean Kids like the pool table and games
Negative: I payed $300 plus dollars for a heated pool and hottub that was only hot for the first 2 days . Them cold the rest of our stay . They tried to tell me the heater turns off . Do to cold temperatures. Meanwhile in the rest of the development. I could hear the heaters running in the am every morning. Im from upstate ny we run our hottub all winter with no problems. With many complaints about it they reallydid nothing. Heat in the house had to stay in the mid to upper 70s per owners direction . I'm from the north . I like the heat around 65-68 at night . So we had to leave open windows and doors to cool it down . the owner did not like . So she shut the heat off completely. Witch really didn't bother us . I dont think I would rent from her again .
